Our voicemail is non-functional, when dialing the VM extension the phone shows "replace PVM card" in the display, any thoughts for a fix ???

First, make sure you have a good set of AAA batteries in the processor. Then, I would power the system down, pull the pvm card out, insert it back in and make sure it is seated properly, then power back up. Wait a few minutes and try to access voicemail again.
If you still get a busy, message it is probably a bad card. They do fail occasionally.
