when a call comes into a calling group then a second call comes in for that group before the first is answered the second is routed back to ext 10 is this because the first has to be answered before any other call can ring the group? callers are transferinig out AA there four ext in the group

only one call can ring at the time to a group on the partner systems, if the voicemail tries to transfer it to the group again then it will go to the operator extension 10, wouldn't know of a way to make that work properly because partners are not queueing calls.
