Partner PVM PC (large) Voice MailProblem

A week ago i was called out to a customer site because they could not login to 7 mailbox,all the PSWD was change on them also ADMIN.Any way i login with the back door PSWD and change the Admin PSWD and reset the 7 mail box. Now 5 days after i was called out again for the same problem the same 7 mail box and the Admin PSWD was change again. Guys tell me is someone hacking in and changing the Passwords or there is a glitch on the Vm system.

Any idea?

Note PVM PC Large all 16 mailbox used

Which is the problem of posting backdoor passwords on public forums. Now anyone who reaches an auto attendant can try to log in using them, and cause all sorts of havoc.
Unfortunatly, there is no way to block or change the backdoor either.

TTT, is right on the money,I've seen many backdoor passwords passed around on this site, basically any one can read them and create problems just like you are having, that's why I won't post any, because when you do it's only a matter of time before this sort of thing starts to happen.

Was this a new PC Mail or a reuse from another customer?, if it was a reuse, power down the system and see if it again resets the 7 mailbox and the admin passwords.
I've seen these sorts of troubles on theses cards before and blamed the trouble on someone calling in and changing the passwords,selector codes, only to find they restore to a previous state on a power down, if this is the case you have to default it, and then start from scratch.
The last 2 posts are on the money about posting passwords on a public forum, the passwords do get around!
