We have a Partner with a PVM (large) R3 that's 4 years old. Every week or so 2 of our 8 voicemail users get "login incorrect" when using known good password to try to log in to voicemailbox. This has gone on for months. No rhyme or reason to it. One of them happens every 3 weeks or so, the other is weekly. X10 and X26.
Not sure how to fix, plan to replace the PVM card - is there a way to back-up and restore to the new card? Thank you.
