No, only an ACS can use the 308s, and I can't remember for sure, but the ACS must be at least a certain release, possible 2 or higher.

TouchtoneTommy, you are correct partner ACS support of 308 (60555/60557) cards starts with rel. 2.0 (ACS). Partner & PII only supports 206,200 & 400 cards. ACS R.1 supports the same cards i.e. 206, 200 & 400.
The ACS Rel 1.0 can be flashed to suport the 308 mods.
