Partner Plus Power Supply where is it? 1

Does anyone know if its normal that a partner plus doesn't have a power supply within the clam shell.

I open it up and no power supply.

Its a partner plus R4.0.

I though maybe someone stole the power supply out of it, but it looks like there isn't anywhere on the main board to even plug one into it?

Any ideas. I've never worked on one of these before.

Partner Plus gets its power from the 206 modules, Partner II and ACS have their own power supply.
