Partner Plus Intercom / vmail programming

I have a client with a Partner Plus system. They needed an additional extention to the main office. I don't know the software version. I installed the extention but they say the Intercom doesn't work and they can't get voicemail messages on that extention. But the phone works fine besides that!

I know this isn't much to go on but any help would be appreciated.

Dial an extension inside that has a display and check to make sure the number is correct.

Make sure you have a mailbox built for it and that it is included in AUTOVMS to cover to vm.
