Partner Phones on Magix Matrix 1

I know it was out there....does anyone remember the Matrix on Upgrading from a Partner to a Magix. The loss of functionality on the Partner phone, or how it would operate properly. I can't seem to find it on SSO. Can anyone tell me where to find it? Thanks in Advance.
