Partner PC small

I installed a Partner PC small into an ACS R7 and the light turns red and the lights on the other boards go out. Is there programming that has to be done? I tried it with an ACS R6 and it at least stays on.
I haven't ever installed one of these and I only need to test it to make sure it works but I don't know what to do. Does anyone have the programming they can post?

Make sure the voicemail is in the left slot.

Yes I put it in the left slot. Is there an automatic extension number to dial to see if it answers?

The 2 extension numbers are 78 and 79

Also check to make sure that 78 & 79 are the only ports in Hunt Group #7.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
