I just plugged a PC small into an ACS and it gets a busy signal everytime I try to call voicemail. If I put a different card in, it works fine (PC Small as well). Is this just a bad PC Small card? I've never had a bad one before so I wasn't sure if maybe there was something I was missing (like a right protect switch- I don't see one on it though).

hate to tell you it seems like a bad card, as long as you don't hot swap them, they either work or not. Do the ports appear busy when you call them directly with 78 + 79.
If these are busy too then the card is fried, hopefully you got it under warranty.

If you can't be good, be good at it!

Unfortunately, it is a card that has been sitting on our shelf for a long time now (not covered by warranty). I've just never seen one of these be bad before.
