Partner PC Mail(large)r3 selector codes

Any one know why I keep losing my selector codes, on Partner PC Mail Large R3 when power is lost, all recordings are saved but selector codes revert back to factory default, have the same trouble on 2 cards in different systems.
Any help would be apprecriated.

Does the phone system also loose it's memory? (Time/Date gets reset, etc.)

No, I only lose the selector codes after a power down, voice mail card retains all recorded announcement's, just the selector codes default back to factory default, ACS R5 also does not lose any programming.
I have this condition on two different "large " cards, with two different ACS's (different locations)found trouble after 1 customer lost selector codes and I tried it on the 2nd location, only to find same thing happens.
Any ideas's? thanks Gene

Hi gene1,
It sounds like you have a defective pair of vm cards. The card should not lose any programming on a power fail. It's all static ram. I have only seen one defective card on installation so it's not a big problem.

That's a possibility, will get a third from a different supply and try,,, thanks for the input
