Partner PC Card Voice Messaging

Howdy all,
Just picked up a new customer with this voicemail and unfortunately I don't know nuthin' bout it.

My/their question is: How do you access the company directory when calling into the system?

I am searching for a user manual right now but can't locate one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

There is no dial-by-name feature or announcements available on the PC card messaging. The comppany directory needs to be part of the Automated Attendant greeting, or make a mailbox, set it to answer only (so no one leaves a message there and never gets a callback), and instruct callers to dial *8-Extension number-# to transfer to their party. Either set up a selector code to this mail box from the auto attendant, or somply announce "for a directory of extensnions, dial XX (whatever the directory mailbox is).
