Hi, Guys - I'm a novice at administering the Partner System and read about PC-based software -- will this software allow someone to make changes to the system or a specific extension/phone, ie: programming buttons, adding lines, etc.?

If anyone can direct me to the information I will appreciate it!

Yup - although it's still easier to program from Ext. 10 or 11.

You will download the programming to your PC, make your changes, then upload, restore, and restart the system. (dumping any calls in progress)
