Partner Messaging

I have a Partner ACS 5.0 with Partner Messaging 1.0
I cannot get the message waiting lamp to trunk off on ext 10. I can leave a message at 10 internally or externally and retrieve the message but the only way I can get the lamp to turn off is with "Feature"10.

There is probaby a message in the general mailbox. try box #4441.

The default setting for the night automated attendant zero/time out action in the Partner Messaging is put leave a message in the 9991 mailbox. You may want to change that to transfer to the operator or other.
