I've recently installed a PACS R7.0 91K with a partner messaging R7.0. It ( Messaging R7.0)will not follow the weekly business schedule. It will react to a night service button. I am using 2 attendants. With 3 lines assigned to #1 and 2 lines assigned to #2. I've tried changing the system time to test but that didn't work. I also noticed that when I changed the system time to a time that the weekly business schedule showed closed. It still did not follow the schedule.It kept changing to the correct time when my test call woud come in. I've changed the time on the weekly schedule to closed tested it and that didn't work. At this time I'm working with the Avaya engineers in denver. I think it's about to be upgraded to tier 5 engineer.Does any one have any Ideas on how to fix this problem.
