Is it possible to have bad ports on a Partner Messaging System? When I am accessing 777 for system admin, randomly I get a lot of static. Is this possible?
Try accessing each individual port assigned to the voice mail hunt group. If they all sound horrible, then I would restart the processor. If that doesn't clear the problem, then the voice mail is going bad.
If the problem is with a single port, and, there are enough other ports to support the location, you could just remove that one port from the hunt group and use the remaining ones.
