When system is put in night mode and calls come in and are left the message light on Extn10 lights up but when the vm is checked there are no messages.

This was a reinstalltion from ground up so I am guessing I missed somthing?

Perhaps messages are left in the general mailbox and x10 is the genbox owner.

You can listen to the prompts then log into the admin box to examine the AA and selector codes to determine how it really routes.
