I have a customer with Partner Messaging for their voicemail. When you call in you get the main greeting. when you transfer to anyones voicemail box you get complete silence. There is no voice telling you where you are going and no greeting to let you know who's mailbox you have selected. We have gone back again and again to make sure all greetings are there and correct. Has anyone ever encountered this problem or are we simply missing something?
 
I haven't seen that yet. After backing everything up, try power-cycling the system and see if that makes any difference.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
 
Have you reset the Partner system? (#728) You could dial into the PACS and check the diagnostic report. A power surge could have corrupted the programming or the unit.

Do all modules in the carrier have green lights?

Have you checked that all programming is intact?

Also, resetting the messaging unit through system admin may help. It will get any bugs out, while retaining the programming.
