Partner MESSAGING stuck in test mode.....?

I have a 5 slot carrier with a R6 processor and 1 Partner Messagin in the far left slot.

" Welcome to Avaya Partner Messaging. The system is in test mode. To test touch tone recognition press 1. To test voice recording and playback press 2."

I have no IDEA how I got in test mode for 1 and 2 can't find documentation to get out of it.

When it says "test mode" The Voicemail is not seeing the license card. Is your 4 port license card in the left pcmcia slot on the Messaging?
