Partner Messaging stopped providing voice messaging

Partner ACS R7 with a Partner Messaging (4-port) was working fine until a few days ago when it was discovered. The users mailbox greeting answers and the caller can leave a message like usual, but the customer's voice mail lights don't come on and no message is accessible from their phones. When a user's mailbox is accessed, the system doesn't show that they have any messages. We tried re-initializing a mailbox/extension but that just added another issue. The Partner Messaging will not allow a name to be recorded. Once the beep is given and the user speaks there name and presses 1 to stop the recording , the whole voicemail system locks up and needs to be reset. I think the module went bad and needs to be replaced but I wanted to check the Forum incase someone has experienced this before and resolved it.
