Customer has Partner Messaging R7 working just fine, it will relay emails with wav file attached. I believe there is a piece of software required to make this work and customer does not know where it is resides. Potentially on the email server, is that correct? Of course they want to adjust email addresses and I am not certain where to look.

The R7 has software to program it with a LAN connection. I used to have to carry around an old XP laptop to work on them. If you can get the software you might be able to get a Win7 machine to run it in compatibility mode. They may be out of luck.

We know the IP address and can get access to the web page. But I only see mailboxes and downloading new messages.
I have never did anything like this with Partner.
I have win xp and win 7 laptops but I cannot find the software so far.
