I have a customer with a Partner Messaging Rel 7, who listens to a voicemail, deletes the message, ( I have verified this myself onsite) but the next day the message is back. I have tried the 989reset, but still occurs. Any suggestions ?
Just to confirm, when the voicemail message(s) is (are) deleted, are the words "message deleted" being heard? Every once in a while a question will be posted about erased messages re-appearing.....only to find out that the deleted message confirmation prompt was not heard.
