Partner Messaging R7 Reset.

Hello all,

I just picked up an ACS R7 with a Partner Messaging Voicemail R7 from a company liquidation auction. I need to reset the voicemail. The default password does not work. I don't know the secret code for it. Can someone suggest a company that will call in and do this service for me and charge me a reasonable fee?

Any Authorized Avaya Business Partner listed in the Yellow Pages should be able to default the system for you. If worse comes to worse, you can call Avaya, but they will charge much more.
