Partner Messaging R7 How many Voicemails boxes can be setup 1

I am quoting out a system. The company is a consulting firm with only 5 employees in house and 20 outside. They want to grow to 80 outside employees. They don't want to pay for DID but they do want voicemail boxes for all the outside people. I am hoping I can quote a a partner Messaging R7. Can I setup 80 mailboxes that can be accessed from outside and transfer from inside? I sold my test system last week and don't have my new one yet so I cannot test it. At what point does the Partner Max out on extension? When it does max out how do you transfer to high mailbox numbers.

The Avaya Partner Messaging supports up to 200 mailboxes. The Partner ACS R7 processor will support up to 48 stations.

Yeah, those are the spec but if you are the operator....How do you transfer a call or call to leave a message in the 49th station voicemail?

You transfer to 777, but wait for the log-in prompt. Then dial *8 (transfer) and the guest extension number (out of the 10-57 range), THEN hang up to complete the transfer.

I assume that callers that get the auto attended when they call in could choose the out of range exts themselves. My backup/demo system should get here tomorrow so I can do some testing. Thanks for your help.
