Partner Messaging R3 Large not taking in outside calls but works internally.

This is a Messaging card on an ACS R6.

The first 8 mailboxes take in calls from outside lines but extension 18 does not.

I know I am missing something but I can't figure it out.

Any Ideas? Joe

Addendum, I have checked #206 and assigned and unassigned and reassigned the line repeatedly to no avail.

Log into mailbox 0, and press 2 to find out how many mailboxes have been assigned. Default is 8. That would cover Ext. 10 through 17, but no 18.

When you say "The first 8 mailboxes take in calls from outside lines" do you mean that they answer incoming calls (instead of the auto attendant) or that you are able to answer a call and transfer to the mailboxes?

#206-7-(line number)-1 assigns lines to the automated attendant

#206-7-(line number)-2 and #208-(line number)-(extension number) assign lines to be answered by specific mailboxes
