My customer has set up a group distribution list on extension 9991. The members of the list include all of the extensions on his system. When he sends a group distribution message, there is one extension (extension 14) that always forwards their message to another extension (extension 19). However, when a regular message is left in the mailbox for extension 14, it doesn't forward. Anyone have an idea as to what can be causing this? Seems like if there was a forwarding problem it would effect all messages, not just the messages left using the group distribution list.
