partner messaging r1 - 2 port to 6 port upgrade

is the 6 port card simply a license card or are some of the greetings, messages etc stored on it - will be doing this upgrade shortly and need to prepare customer for any issues

6-port card just opens up the additional ports. All your programming is stored on the hard drive, so just power off, install the new card, power on and you should be good to go. Just have to program the additional ports to the voicemail hunt group. Brian Cox
