partner messaging not following weekly schedule

As I've mentioned before it will not follow the weekly busniness schedule and that is whatit needs to do. I've tried changing the schedule to show a closed for test reasons. It didn't work! Ive tried changing the system clock and that didn't work! Every time I changed the system clock for example to 11:00pm a call would come in my test call or another and the systen clock would change to the correct time.It was as if it were setting itself from the clocking on the incoming call. But after all that the voice mail will not follow the WEEKLY SCHEDULE!!!!!
 
The new R7 will get its time from a CO line with caller id. That is why the time keeps changing.
