Partner Messaging not Answering

Hi Team,

I have a Partner Messaging that rings busy when I dial 777. The system did not loose programming, This is what I've done so far; 1. Removed power for 5 min. 2. Removed 1-206 card at a time and left Processor/Partner Messaging card in their slots, still rang busy. Any help would be appreciated.

What is the state of the status light on the Partner Messaging?

What are the extensions in HG-7?

What is the order of the cards in the carrier?

What release is your ACS?

i haven't checked exts but think 30s
1-206, 2-206E, 3-Processor (R4.0), 4-Partner Messaging card 2 port card com code 700262058.

VM ports are 30 and 31. Call them direct. If they answer, but 777 is busy, check the HG.
