the PCMCIA card is only used to license your ports. Is your phone showing the correct time and day? If it does reboot the system and the voicemail will get the right time again from the phone system. Also make sure that all your voicemali ports are assigned as voicemail ports otherwise it won't be able to get the time from the phone processor.
