Partner Messaging keeps going busy

I installed a Partner Messaging with a 4 port license card in November 2003. It has been working fine until this past Monday.

All 4 ports go busy and after resetting, system works until they go busy again.

Slot Configuration
1 308EC
2 messaging card
3 308 processor rel 6.0
4 empty
5 empty

The light on the messaging unit is lit green

When extensions are put on to DSS button they show busy, but if you push each extension button they will ring with no answer (maybe this is normal???)

In #505 I have ext 26,27,28,29 assigned

If you dial 777 you get a busy

FYI: (the following is probably normal)
If you call ext 30-31 they ring no answer
If you call ext 32-33 they ring busy

Any advice would be appreciated. Obviously the customer does not want to keep resetting the system every day.

I don't really have a clue, but I would start by logging into the serial port as "tech1000" using the numeric password of the system administrator's mailbox. Then you can go to the error logs and see if anything shows up there.

 
Hi Steve,
If you ring a VM port, it should answer the same as if you dialed the vm hunt group. I have only ever seen vm ports do this if they are not in hunt group "7" and they all try to answer in incoming call ringing on those ports. Try to remove these ports from the hunt group and re-enter them. Your port assignments are correct.

Also, remember to remove line ringing from extensions 26, 27, 28, 29 or else anytime an incoming call comes in, it will busy-out the port.
 
Thanks for all the input. I will check out all of the above when I go out there soon. It was reset this morning and it still working as of 9pm tonight. I'll let you know if I find anything.
