Partner Messaging in slot 4

Is it possible to have the following config:
308EC 012E ACS PartnerMess(2port). 400E

If so what would the voicemail ports be? I have tried ext 38 and ext 39,ext78 and ext79. With the voicemail installed in slot 4 you would get a busy.

me again hit send to quick, 42 and 43 if it is a 308 processor not a 509, if you have an R7 processor then use 43 and 44

and again I did it, I seem to have a rough week.
if you have a Partner Messaging then it should be 38 and 39 (with a 308 processor) but you might have a VS which is using the last ports in the slot that's why I put them on here, if they don't work either and it is really a messaging then it is fried or one of the cards before is not working and takes it down with it

If you were using a Partner Voice Messaging voicemail, ports 78 & 79 would be assigned to Hunt Group #7.

As Westi has explained, we would need to know which voicemail is being used along with which revision ACS processor as the R1->R6 is a 3x8 while the R7 is a 5x9.

The ports Westi specified for various combinations of processor & voicemail are correct. You just need to figure out which combination is correct for your system and assign the proper ports to Hunt Group #7.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

call the extensions in question, when you get something to pick up and then you hear " your call is being transferred to the operator" you have the port then assign it and it should work. The port will always answer even if not assigned in hunt-group 7 if you can't find it call every extension in range and if nothing answers your voicemail is pooched

I tried all x38,x39,x78,79,x43 and x44 same status. The process is R7 (5x9). I moved the card to swapped the 012e card and the vm card. Then, progammed x27 and x28 to group 7 and voicemail answered. I haven't been back to site to check the 012E card for ports.
