Hello,
I have a Partner ACS R8 with Partner Messaging. The voicemail is set to answer on the Business Schedule Mode. The message changes at the correct time from day to night message but the system will not pick up unless the Night Button is pushed. I tried removing the schedule and reprogramming it again, changed to the Switch Mode, then both Business and Switch Mode then back again to Business Schedule Mode. Checked the VMS Hunt Delay Modes (#506) and Schedule (#507). Lines are set up in Group Call Distribution (#206). The only way I can get the voicemail to answer is to manually push the Night Button. Any help would be appreciated.
