Partner Messaging Auto Attendant Selector Code issue

I have a Partner Messaging module with an ACS 509 module and a 206E module.

When I program the Auto Attendant 1, Day menu, selector codes it does not work when programmed it seems forget the programming.

When I call the attendant and press selector code 1
I get the message your call cannot be transfered to extension 1.
If I press the extension number, it completes the call to the extension.

I can't find a thread that covers this.

What am I doing wrong?

After you change the selector code do you hang-up or do you go through the rest of the menu to record/use existing menu prompt? You need to go through the whole thing until you press # to use existing menu prompt and then *# to save the changes. If you are hanging up, it will not save the changes.
