Partner Messaging Administator Password Reset

Hi everyone,

I have seen a lot of information regarding default passwords and resetting passwords on various partner voicemail solutions. I have a customer with a Partner Messaging system (not sure if it is R6.0 or R7.0). When voicemail (777) is dialed it says "Welcome to Avaya Partner Messaging". I have tried the default administrator login/password of 0#123456#. This does not work. I have also tried the 0#2537# to reset the password but that also did not work. Is there any other way to reset the administrator's password on these systems? Thanks in advance!
 
The only thing I can suggest is to call Avaya and pay them. It's not the end of the world.

If it's a 7 then you will have to call Avaya, the others can be reset but whoever does it I'm sure will charge you anyway and they will dial in to do it so you still won't know it. Sorry I know that's not what you wanted to hear.
