Partner Messaging AA1 and AA2 Trouble

AA1 is programmed to answer and route all incoming calls. There is also a message on AA2 no one wants. When the calls come in, AA1 retrieves them. But when another call comes into the system while AA1 is active, AA2 retrieves the call. How can this be disabled?

you need to go to the line assignment in the voicemail and check if any lines are assigned to AA 2 and if so then reassign them to AA1
