Site has a Partner ACS R7 and Partner Messaging R6. A new manager has taken over at this site and doesn't like the way their Auto Attendant greeting is set up. They have a message recorded on AA #1 Day menu, but a greeting that starts with a man's voice saying "General Mailbox" answers instead. All of the lines are assigned to AA # 1, but I'm guessing it has something to do with the Dial 0/Timeout Action or some other setting I'm not familiar with?

Actually play the message in AA1 Day Mode, be sure it says what the customer thinks it says. Check the setting of each of the selector codes, and if dial-/timeout is set to record a message in the general mailbox, check mailbox 9991, see what the recorded name is set to, and which greeting it is set to use.

Double check #206-7 and #208 for each line. Check Line Ownership within the Partner Messaging itself, option 6
