I'm quite sure the answer to my question is NO but since this site has so much talent out there I feel it's worth a try.
I just placed into service a new ACS 7.0 with Partner messaging 7.0 Voice Mail at a mid-size real estate office.
When it came time to train my users on how to do a system wide broadcast message [ i.e new listing for the firm ] I was told that on their old system a [ ESi brand system ]
all they had to do was call ext 500, record the message and off it went to all system mailboxes....Very Nice.Hmmmm
Now with the Partner Messaging they will have to login, press 1, press star 5, press 50#, press *#, press # in order to send a message to all mailboxes.
Soooo...Is this the only/ best way to send a broadcast message to all box's or does someone have a shorter way.
I know it may sound a bit trivial but it made me think.
This customer does a lot of broadcast messages and I caught
negative mumbles in the training session..I thought it would be worth a mention to all the brain power out there.
Thanks
Rich
