Customer has had an R6 Partner messaging. I get a call a few days ago that the company directory isn't working. I tested it and it was fine. Emailed back, she responds that it still didnt work for her. Amused I called again today, and she was correct, it did not work this time.
POSITIVE of the label of the mailbox, checked that. I called in a few times on a display phone to make sure I was entering the correct information, I was.
What gives? Any one had this problem ever?
