Partner Mess. R6 and intermittent co dir.

Customer has had an R6 Partner messaging. I get a call a few days ago that the company directory isn't working. I tested it and it was fine. Emailed back, she responds that it still didnt work for her. Amused I called again today, and she was correct, it did not work this time.
POSITIVE of the label of the mailbox, checked that. I called in a few times on a display phone to make sure I was entering the correct information, I was.

What gives? Any one had this problem ever?

System has been installed for about a year and a half.
 
Hi telecomtekperson,
Whenever I get funny, intermittent problems like that, I restart the switch. Reseat the lic. card while you are at it and give each module a push into the carrier.

ok. I did do the voicemail system restart save all. Did not do the switch though....Will try and let you know
