You can forward an ext to another ext that has vmail box, but as far as forwarding vmail boxes only thing that can be changed is what ext the general mail box alerts in partner mail anyway.

If the version you have has it, it will prompt you after listening to the voicemail message as one of the options, after save, delete, etc it will give an option to forward.

The voicemail PC cards do not give you this option. Only the Partner Mail VS and Partner Messaging allow you to forward to another mailbox. Press 12 to forward from Mail VS, Press 2 to forward from Messaging.
