Partner Mail VS 1

Customer has the vm set for 0 out and timeout set to go to x39. Occasionally they get messages in the mailbox for x10. There is an x10 with a phone but it does not have vm cover. How are messages getting into x10 vm. All of the test calls I have made go to x39 with timeout or dial 0.

Selector code 9 is record a message in mailbox 10.

I wanted to add that I made many test calls and only once did I get directed to x10 mailbox. I was calling after hours and called each number individually. Recalled each number and it never happened again.

Thanks TTT.I changed every selector code including 9 to go to mailbox 39.

I was able to reach mailbox 10 by pressing 0 in mailbox 39. Doesn't look like there is a way to change the 0 destination from a mailbox on PMVS.

Ah, you're going to have to log into each mailbox individually, and select option 4 for Personal Operator, set each to x39 (if not set to anything, it goes to 10)
