Help,

I seem to have lost some programming and cant remember how to get it back.

On incomming calls I had extensions 15, 16 and 17 grouped or pooled when you dial 71. now when you dial 71 it now transfers to the operator. Can some one help me get option 71 back to ringing to thoses extensions?

71 is a calling group (like Telecomboy mentioned programming point #502 group 1), could also be that your voicemail lost it's memory and then you need to create a mailbox 71 so that it can transfer to the group
