How do I program our 34-d and 18-d phones to light up on the extension in use? Right now I only show that line 1 is in use(red light). Also, with incoming calls and inside paging, I cannot use Intercom and the Extension to vocally tell the employee they have a call or talk, it rings, they pick up etc.

Intercom and the extension number will ring the phone.

Intercom * (star)and the extension number will voice announce the phone.

to program a buton:
1. feature 00 (zero,zero)
2. touch a button with a light
3. left intercom
4. extension number
5. feature 00

step 4 can also * and extension number.
