After a power outage, our system picks up calls but doesn't give the system message and doesn't give the option to go to a particular extension. Everything rings into the receptionist. I've tried unplugging the system to reset but that didn't work. Everything else I can find to try begins with Intercom 777, but I can only get in two 7s before it starts ringing. I'm not very technical but am trying to solve this myself to avoid a $600/hour technical support call.

Sounds like you lost you programming.
List your equipment in order with release numbers and someone will help.

The rest of the equation would be the processor (Partner Plus/Partner II/Partner ACS), and the other cards (206/308/200/400) and which slots they are in.

I appreciate your help. I'll go under the building and see what the box says. I believe the front panel opens in order to see the slots.

It looks like there are five slots - four have things in them.

1. Partner 1 - 206E, Module R4.1
2. Partner II - 400E, Module R3.1
P. Partner Plus - Processor, Module R4.1
3. Partner ACS - Partner Mail VS, R4.0

That makes your voicemail ports 26 & 27 (unless there is a PC expansion card in the VS mail, then it is 24-25-26-27).

Short term, from Ext. 10, dial:

Feature 00
Left Intercom Twice
#505-7-26-1
#505-7-27-1
Feature 00

You should get voice mail when you dial Intercom 777, and it should stop answering incoming calls.

You still need to deal with assigning lines to the auto attendant, answer delay, extensions with voice mail coverage, but most of all, the cause of the memory loss.

Find a local installer who can replace your processor with a refurb, or upgrade to an ACS with user replaceable batteries.
