Hi All,
I have installed a Partner Mail VS on an Avaya ACS system. The customer was just wanting the Record-A-Call feature that the 4-port VS voicemail offers. The Record-A-Call feature is working fine. The customer would like for me, if possible, to kill the voice alert that comes on when you press the button to start recording. This voice alert reminds the caller and the person receiving the call that the conversation is being recorded. In my state the law requires that only one person must know that the conversion is being recorded and that will be the person pushing the record button. Is there any way to disable the voice message alerting the callers that the conversion is being recorded?
