Partner Mail VS r5 transfering problem

All calls are answered by auto attendant. When you call the main number the aa answers, when you dial extension 17 sometimes it goes to 17 and sometimes it goes to 18. The trouble is not consistent. At first I thought someone was just dialing the wrong number but I was able to duplicate the problem. I made 3 test calls all was good the 4th went to ext 18. Reset the switch and v-mail. Made 18 test calls all was good the 19th went to ext 18. Made 5 test calls the 6th went to ext 18 etc.
 
What release ACS. You could try and get an upgrade for it from Avaya tech support if your ACS is a R7.Or, Check and make sure your voicemail ports are set up correctly. Or try to delete both mailboxes and recreate to new ones then recreate them. Crazy problem.
 
Could be bad Touch Tone receivers. Unfortunatly, there is no procedure to test them, except on 206 modules.
