Partner Mail vs R5.0 3

I have a partner acs release 6 with a partner vs massaging module R5.0, the messaging module has died so the only replacement I can get is a Partner vs release R7. Will this be compatible is my question, would appreciate any help on this issue.

Replacement hard drives are available for most of the Partner voicemail modules. Just do a search on eBay.

Just a quick note...The replacement voicemail will be an Avaya Partner Messaging. The Partner Mail VS ended with R5.

Hopefully you got a port card for the messaging.

yes a 6 port card

Don't forget the extension used changes from the VS to the Partner messaging. I think the Vs uses the last ports of card, emulating a 206 while the Messaging uses the first.
