I have a customer with a Partner ACS R3.0, PARTNER MAIL VS R5.0 module W/PARTNER MAIL VS 4-PORT EXPANSION CARD. The problem is that the voicemail freezes up. When this happens no messages can be left or retrieved. #728-reset and save all, clears the voicemail and then everything works. Nothing else has been done as far as troubleshooting but using #728. This is the third time that it's happened. Please respond with possible solutions to this problem.
