Partner mail VS R4 mailbox problem

System is a R6 ACS processor. A single mailbox gets garbled voicemail messages. Not all of them. Incoming calls and outgoing calls are fine. The trunk was on a 206E, I moved it to a 308EC and the issue persists. I reboot, I delete and rebuilt the mailbox and even tried a new extension. Issue is still there / intermittent. I feel like I have been down this road before.

If you have access to a replacement voicemail system (even if it an Avaya Partner Messaging) for testing purposes, try temporarily swapping the units and see if the problem clears stays with the R4, or with the system.
