Partner Mail VS R4.1

Howdy,

I recently programmed a Partner Mail VS R4.1 on an ACS R.6.0 processor.
PROBLEM #1:
The mailboxes are randomly locking the end users out saying that the amount of tries with an incorrect password has been passed. This is happening randomly bouncing from mailbox to mailbox. Any tips how to fix this??

PROBLEM #2:
Is there an option to send a general message to all of the mailboxes at once, Same Message needs to get to all of the employees at same time.

Hi IT222,
I haven't seen that. I have a VS R4 running on an ACS R6.0, no problems. There is no incompatibility here.

I know you can forward messages to more than one mail box, I don't know if there is a group option.
